Easy to make appointment. Drove in , no waiting. Clean waiting room.Truck was ready when they said it would be.Truck was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. I would recommend Gene Steffy CDJR for service.

I recently needed service on my jeep and they got me in right away and I had it back within a couple hours. I love the shuttle service. It helps with getting to and from work when I need service.

Great service adviser Mike is a true professional keep me informed every step of the way during the repair and warranty process keep to the time line he told me your tech delivered our truck back looking just as nice as a factory new truck after an engine replacement great work guys. The Service advisors are all so friendly and ensure your needs are taken care of. The work we needed was all warranty work I am happy they dealt with all of that. Since we come from Columbus we need a loaner vehicle and every time we have needed service they had a loaner available for us. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive from Columbus.
